cari amici, ho installato e configurato firestarter,tutto a posto.
Ma ho avuto problemi con moblock,l'ho disinstallato e ho installato iplist,funziona alla grande.Ora il problema è che non mi parte firestarter, o per lo meno non mi compare l'icona, siccome l'ho impostato in auto "start hidden", non so se mi è partito, all'avvio del sistema, ma intanto l'interfaccia grafica non si avvia . Come faccio?

Non conosco troppo gnome, comunque dovresti poterli impostare normale (togliere "start hidden") e dovrebbe riapparire.
Per sapere se funziona dai da terminale:
sudo iptables -L

| Non uso Gnome (Ubuntu) ma KDE (Kubuntu) quindi non so dove andar a mettere le mani, normalmente dovrebbe esserci una voce nel menu contestuale (click DX sulla barra delle applicazioni) che ti apra un menu di impostazione, se non c'è non so che dirti,, |
