Non hai installato il SP2, quindi ti becchi tutte le "novità" che ci sono in rete senza una protezione più che efficace.
Apparentemente l'antivirus ha fatto il suo dovere, resta un casotto nei files temporanei, fai questa operazione:
Crea una cartella in C:\, chiamala InternetTemp, ora apri internet explorer -> strumenti -> opzioni internet, elimina cockies -> ok, elimina files -> seleziona la casella "contenuto non in linea (credo)" -> ok, ora il terzo pulsante e validi la prima casella in alto -> spazio da utilizzare metti 0 -> OK ora muovi cartella -> cerca quella che hai creato tu e valida. ti fara un "logoff" per poter effettuare questa operazione, niente paura è normale, ora normalmente files temporanei non ce ne sono più e l'index.dat è ridotto alle origini.
Verifica le varie voci "moved" per vedere se non riappaiono quei files al riavvio e dovresti essere a posto.
PS: ripassa l'antivirus e vedi se trova ancora "rogne", se si riposta il log.

Per sistemare fai così:
Start - Esegui - digit cmd e premi invio
ti compare la schermata del prompt dei comandi
digita msiexec /unregister e premi invio
poi digita
msiexec /regserver e prei invio
A questo punto Installer dovrebbe funzionare

Prestate la max. attenzione agli aggiornamenti e all'uso di windows update. Vi potreste trovare delle sorprese dirattamente dalla Microsoft.
Consiglio : effettuate pure il download ma nella config. di update settate di Scaricare gli aggiornamenti ma non di installarli.

mentre provo a disistallare msn dopo aver istallato windows istaller 3.1 mi dice imposssibile accedere al servizio windows istaller ciò può verificarsi se si esegue windows in modalità provvisoria o se windows istaller nn è istallato correttamente
poi su servizi ho messo da manuale a automatico e quando premo avvio me dice impossibile avvviare il servizio windows istaller su computer locale errore 997 l'evento di i/o o zero nn lo kapito sovrapposto è in corso |
