Allora... questo trojan in maggior parte è stato rimosso da avg antivirus.
Restava però una finestra di mIRC che partiva ad ogni avvio del mio windows 2000.
Il problema sono riuscito a risolverlo in parte seguendo alla lettera quello che ho trovato su di un sito:
Non tutto quello indicato era ancora da rimuovere, il grosso probabilmente era stato già rimosso dall'antivirus AVG:

Adesso non c'è più nessuna finestra mirc ad aprirsi all'avvio di windows..
Ora al suo posto mi parte la cartella documenti!!!!!
